What do we check?
Overall Condition
We inspect the garment for signs of wear, stains, damage, fading and other imperfections. Any noticeable flaws are disclosed in the product description or photographs.
Labels & Care Tags
Brand labels, size labels and care tags are inspected for consistency with the garment and brand.
Stitching & Construction
We look closely at stitching, seams, buttons and the overall construction of the garment.
Logos & Embroidery
For branded pieces, embroidered logos and other brand details are carefully examined for quality, proportions and consistency.
Measurements
Pre-owned sizing can vary, especially between different collections and production years. Where appropriate, we provide actual garment measurements such as pit-to-pit and length to help customers choose the right fit.
